The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Caribbean District (SAA), is conducting market research to identify parties interested in and capable of supporting the requirements for the Patillas Dam Seismic Retrofit project in Patillas, Puerto Rico. The scope of work includes site mobilization, site clearing and grubbing, demolition of hydro powerhouse, low level outlet tunnel liner demolition and replacement, irrigation canal forebay modifications, and other construction services. The magnitude of this action is estimated to be in the range of $250 to $500 million.
