Resident Engineering/Construction Inspection- Paramount Theater's Richardson Bldg Renovation of the 3rd and 4th Floors

The Paramount Center Inc. is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for Resident Engineering/Construction Inspection Services for the renovation of the Richardson Building's top two floors. The project involves creating two 5,000 sq. ft. multi-use venues with ancillary support spaces, including new accessible bathrooms, storage spaces, and small meeting rooms. The successful Consultant will be selected based on their demonstrated ability to provide the highest qualified team to achieve the goals of the project. • The project is expected to start in early 2026. • The Consultant will be responsible for advising the Paramount during the construction and completion of the Project. • The Consultant will be responsible for maintaining communication with the Project Team and coordinating with the Owner, Design Architect, and Construction Manager. • The Consultant will be responsible for reviewing and verifying traffic control activities and ensuring that completed work complies with the plans and specifications.
