This project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: The purpose of this document is to solicit qualifications from a team consisting of professional designers and licensed contractors to provide Design Build services for the replacement of a failed mooring dolphin at the City of Valdez Kelsey Municipal Dock. The selected firm will be responsible for all design, permitting, construction, and project inspections and close-out required to furnish a suitable replacement. Ancillary scope may include dock modifications, dredging, and utility modifications to ensure adequate cruise ship dockings in the future.
