Services to Repair, Replace, and Supply Submersible Sewage Pumps, and LS Equipment - Annual

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide parts, equipment, repair services, and onsite services for submersible sewage pumps and lift station equipment on an as-needed basis. The vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform all work under this Agreement. Services shall include inspection, diagnosis, removal, repair, replacement, and maintenance of continuous and reliable lift station operations under normal and emergency conditions. • The contract will be for an annual period, with the option for the County to obtain services, materials, or new equipment from other vendors or sources if the Contractor fails to meet performance, delivery, or reliability requirements. • The County may not accept incomplete bids, and submissions containing corrupted, unreadable, or otherwise inaccessible documents may be considered non-responsive. • Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via Ion Wave or hand-delivered to the Procurement Management Department. • The bid package includes various attachments, such as the bid schedule, certificates and licenses, and insurance requirements.
