Description
The Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the replacement of boilers and chillers at the Genesee Career Institute. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing boilers and chillers with new ones. The contract will be awarded to the successful bidder by January 13, 2026. The project administration will be handled by the Project Consultant, Unified Building Systems.
• The bid security requires a 5% bid bond of the total bid amount.

• All questions regarding the bidding procedures and specifications should be directed to Unified Building Systems before December 5, 2025.
• The bids will be opened and read aloud on December 11, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
