Description
The Camden County Improvement Authority seeks a qualified operator to manage and operate multiple parking facilities—including two large multi‑level garages (Cooper Hospital and Cooper Medical School), a jury parking lot, and a surface lot (Block N). The contractor will be responsible for full‑time staffing, 24/7 customer service, revenue collection, daily cleaning, minor maintenance, equipment upkeep, and reporting. Specific staffing levels are detailed for each location, and the operator must provide uniforms, respond to after‑hours emergencies within 30 minutes, and handle daily revenue deposits. The contract runs for two years with optional one‑year extensions, and the operator will be reimbursed for overtime and ticketing supplies, while capital repairs remain the authority’s responsibility.
