Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

The RFP does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical municipal engineering contracts for multi‑site pedestrian safety improvements (12 crossings, design, permitting, construction oversight) in a mid‑size city, total professional‑service fees usually range from $500,000 to $1,500,000. The lower end assumes a streamlined design package; the higher end reflects extensive surveys, environmental work, and a longer construction‑monitoring period. Factors influencing the final amount include the depth of site investigations, the number of design revisions, and any additional public‑engagement requirements.
