316 LRS Hot Water Pressure Washer System

The U.S. Air Force is procuring two complete hot‑water pressure‑washer systems for Joint Base Andrews, MD, including full on‑site installation, removal of existing equipment, and post‑installation photographic documentation. The systems must be commercial‑grade, 230 V 3‑phase, 5 HP motor, natural‑gas‑fired 390 kBTU burner, delivering at least 4 GPM @ 2,000 psi, ETL‑certified to UL‑1776, and include integrated chemical injection, safety valve, 50‑ft hose, variable‑pressure wand, safety‑hose guard, draft diverter, and automatic time‑delay start/stop. The contractor is responsible for delivery, removal of the old units, installation, testing, training, and warranty documentation. The award will be based on the lowest price among technically acceptable offers. • Supply and install two heavy‑duty hot‑water pressure‑washer systems meeting detailed technical specs. • Remove and dispose of existing pressure washers and associated hardware. • Provide on‑site installation, testing, training, and required documentation, with completion within 60 days after award.
