The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Abandoned Mine Lands, is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the Big Creek (Surgoine) Landslide Phase II Construction/Reclamation project located in Logan County, WV. The project includes various tasks such as mobilization and demobilization, construction layout, quality control, site preparation, structure demolition, gravel drive rehabilitation, stabilization fabric, temporary 24-inch pipe, water well abandonment, woven belted silt fence, stabilized construction entrance, rock check dam, rolled erosion control product, revegetation, riprap lined channel, vegetated channel, underdrain, underdrain conveyance pipe, and unclassified excavation.
