The United States Air Force is seeking information on potential sources for a Dedicated Oxygen Clean System over 3000 psi. The system will be used to calibrate oxygen clean test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) such as pressure gauges, barometers, pressure transducers, and other similar pressure measuring test instruments. The system must be able to generate, control, and measure pressure between 600 to 10,000 psig, and have an uncertainty of at most ±0.05% F.S. Interested vendors should submit a brief capability statement, including company information, relevant experience, and rough order of magnitude pricing.
• The system must be oxygen clean and meet ASTM G93/G93M Level A requirements
• The system must be able to operate in gauge mode to generate gas pressures for pressure monitoring test instruments
• The system must have a transducer-based digital readout and be capable of withstanding the forces generated by the oxygen cleaning system and solvents used
• The system must have a warm-up time of not greater than 30 minutes
• The system must be able to display a resolution of one-tenth the uncertainty for each engineering unit, user adjustable
• The system must be able to operate on a line power of ~115 VAC 50/60 Hz single phase or battery operated
