Description
The Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) to acquire four custom Dell laptops (Dell Pro Precision 5 16) for a special unit. Only vendors who are already awarded under the “Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract” (BPO #060B5400007) may submit, and the procurement is designated as a Small Business Reserve. The contractor must be an authorized Dell reseller, provide MSRP documentation, a Mercury Affidavit, and a Letter of Authorization if requested. Pricing must be fixed‑price, valid for at least 30 days, and submitted electronically via the state’s eMMA system.
