Description
The City of Euless is seeking a vendor to provide three mobile walls for the Texas Star Conference Center. The scope of work includes the installation of operable wall systems, manual operation, center stack paired panel, standard vinyl face finish, fixed top seals, and 3" operable bottom seals. The vendor must also provide a 2-year manufacturer warranty, training of staff, and removal and disposal of existing operable wall systems.
• The mobile walls must be new, commercial-grade, and suitable for high-traffic environments.
• The workmanship must meet or exceed industry standards.
• The vendor must conduct a final walkthrough and testing.
• The vendor must maintain a safe work site and protect adjacent areas from dust and damage.
• The vendor must list any subcontractors and their qualifications.
• Any deviations from specs require written approval.
• Payment will be made within 10 days of City acceptance of final installation.
