Description
The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking proposals from qualified providers of E-Rate Category 1 Services to assist the school district in effectively serving its technology needs. The selected provider will work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Information Technology to provide network access services, support technology equipment, software, and services on an ongoing basis. The provider must have experience in providing the specified services and meet the requirements outlined in the RFP. Key responsibilities include providing internet service, firewall and filter bundle, and offering 24/7 support. The provider must also commit to responding to outages within one hour and restoring service within three hours.
