Description
The U.S. Embassy in Maputo seeks a contractor to provide annual preventive‑maintenance services for its Airstack modular air‑cooled chiller, associated motor starters, variable‑frequency drives, and electronic control panels. The work is performed on‑site at the embassy’s chiller yard and must be completed during regular business hours, excluding U.S. and Mozambican holidays. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ with a base year and four optional one‑year extensions, totaling up to five years. The contractor must also submit labor rates for potential repair work and maintain required certifications, insurance, and personnel clearances.
• Perform full preventive inspection, calibration, cleaning, lubrication, and testing of chiller, pumps, compressors, fans, and control systems.
• Replace expendable parts, manage hazardous waste disposal, and submit detailed maintenance reports after each visit.
• Provide certificates of insurance, personnel biographic data, and comply with security/access requirements.
• Pricing is fixed per annual service; repair work is priced via separate labor‑rate submissions.
• Performance standard limited to no more than one customer complaint per month, with payments made 30 days after COR acceptance.
