Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Revvity Health Sciences, Inc.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order to Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. for gamma counter maintenance services. The proposed vendor is the only approved source for a maintenance contract for the Wizard2 gamma counters at NIH Clinical Center. The acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
