Construction-Related Consultant Backdrop Term Agreements 2026-2029

The State University of New York requests your consideration for Construction-Related Backdrop Term Consultant Agreements for 2026-2029. The Backdrop Term Consultant Agreements shall be a three-year (3) term. The maximum cumulative value of consulting services for each Agreement will be $3,500,000 and the single project consultant fee limit under each Agreement will be $500,000. There will be three (3) - six (6) consultants awarded Agreements under this RFQ. No value of work is implied or guaranteed to any consultant awarded this contract, but Attachment 2: List of Anticipated Project Scopes and Features and Attachment 3: Sustainable Campus Contexts, Standards, and Systems is enclosed for reference in responding to this Request for Qualifications.
