Description
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive emergency transport billing services. The selected contractor will be responsible for billing and collecting fees for emergency transport services provided by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. The contract will be for a period of three years, with two optional one-year renewal periods. The contractor must have experience in insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid billing, and must demonstrate expertise in these areas. The contractor will be required to provide a price proposal, which will be evaluated based on factors such as experience, project approach, key personnel, and price.
• The contractor must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades to receive a local preference.
• The contractor must comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the services contemplated herein.
• The contractor must provide a drug-free workplace certification.
• The contractor must disclose all ownership interests in the company.
