The General Services Administration is seeking competitive lease proposals for a fully finished, optionally furnished administrative office space (Management Hub) in Atlanta, GA. The space must be contiguous, between 5,200 and 5,460 ABOA square feet, built to FSL‑II standards, and available for occupancy after July 2027. The lease term is five years with a three‑year firm period, and the government will provide a tenant‑improvement allowance of $56 per ABOA SF and a building‑specific amortized capital allowance of $12 per ABOA SF. Proposals are evaluated on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable basis via the GSA Leasing Portal, and optional furniture may be included at no cost to the government.
