Description
The goal of this RFQ is to solicit quotes from ITS82 Category A-E vendors for ongoing accessibility services to support EOE and EOE agencies. The successful Bidder will provide accessibility testing and remediation of all EEC, CT, and DHE web content. The scope of work includes conducting thorough audits of existing web pages, videos, and other multimedia content for accessibility compliance against ADA Title II requirements and WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. The Bidder will also remediate defects, submit written reports, and validate remediated content through re-testing.

• The initial scope of work requires the successful Bidder to provide accessibility testing and remediation of all EEC, CT, and DHE web content.
• The Bidder must have at least three years of experience providing digital accessibility audit and remediation services aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level AA or higher.
• The Bidder must demonstrate expertise in accessibility remediation for public websites, complex electronic files, and multimedia accessibility.
• The Bidder must provide a detailed description of their standard and custom training offerings and related costs.
