Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services for CDBG Sewer Project Improvements to the North Lagoon

The Town of Noxapater is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for a CDBG sewer project to improve the North Lagoon. The scope of work includes preparing preliminary engineering reports, project cost estimates, plans and specifications, bid documents, and construction inspection. The selected engineer will provide all engineering services through project closeout. The Town encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit proposals. • The project involves improvements to the North Lagoon sewer system. • The engineer will be responsible for preparing preliminary engineering reports and project cost estimates. • The engineer will provide all engineering services through project closeout. • The Town encourages MBEs and WBEs to submit proposals. • The contract will be awarded based on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance.
