Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

The Air Force is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply, install, and commission a new 30 kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) at Edwards AFB, CA, and to install additional 110 V outlets in four buildings to support remote RF site monitoring. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, transportation, and materials, coordinate power outages with the point of contact, and deliver training on UPS operation. The effort spans six months (Oct 2026 – Mar 2026) with a single unit quantity. <br/><br/>• Deliver and install one 30 kVA UPS in Building 4989 (Southeast corner).<br/>• Install new 110 V outlets in Buildings 4989, 4971, 8743, 5783, labeling them “not UPS backed up.”<br/>• Provide all required materials, tools, transportation, and labor.<br/>• Coordinate power‑outage windows with the POC.<br/>• Conduct UPS start‑up, bypass, shutdown training for Air Force personnel.<br/>• Small‑business set‑aside; CMMC Level 1 compliance required.<br/>• Offer submission due 28 Sep 2026 (01:00 PM PDT) via email.
