Description
The State of Colorado is seeking proposals to provide comprehensive wellness and stress injury prevention services for its members. The scope includes provision of wearable biometric monitoring devices, individualized coaching, ongoing support services, and any associated one‑time implementation fees. Vendors must submit a pricing sheet per member and demonstrate ability to meet all specifications outlined in Exhibit A (Scope of Work). The award may be made to one or multiple vendors, and the State reserves the right to add related goods or services during the contract term.
• Deliver wearable biometric devices to each member
• Provide continuous health data monitoring and analytics
• Offer personalized coaching and stress‑injury prevention programs
• Supply ongoing technical and user support
• Submit detailed per‑member pricing and any setup/implementation fees
• Comply with all specifications in the solicitation and Exhibit A.
