Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Project Facilitator to support the VISN 2 Bronx VAMC Energy Savings Performance Contract. The facilitator will be responsible for providing services to support Measurement and Verification Report review, project tracking, and reporting on meeting minutes. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year and four option years, for a total of five years. The project facilitator must be DOE approved. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing PF services to support M&V Report review
* Overall project tracking and reporting on meeting minutes
* Supporting the ESPC M&V schedule
* Must be DOE approved
