Asbestos Containing Building Materials Investigation Services

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide professional Asbestos Containing Building Materials Investigation Services on a rotation basis. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing design plans, specifications, and estimates for various projects. The contract will be for a two-year term with an option for a two-year renewal, beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2030. • The firm must have experience in asbestos-containing building materials investigation services. • The firm must be able to provide professional service agreements for each project. • The firm must be able to work on a rotation basis. • The firm must be able to provide detailed credentials and a statement of qualifications.
