RFQ S-1619 - AV Upgrade Project – Optometry School Classrooms

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to StateFinance Law 163.6, for the above noted commodity/product. A sealed bid will not beheld. This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certifi edpursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law, Article 3 of the NewYork State Veterans Service Law and, if applicable, businesses selling commodities ortechnology that are recycled or remanufactured. SUNY Upstate Medical University invites qualifi ed vendors capable of meeting themandatory requirements listed in this Request for Quote (RFQ) and to submit proposals to provide for the installation and implementation of AV upgrades for classrooms in the Optometery School on campus. This RFQ contains detailed specifications about the products/services required, along with the instructions to enable interested vendors to prepare and submit proposals. To be considered responsive, bidders must meet the mandatory requirements, must be deemed to be responsible, and must submit completed proposals that satisfy all requirements listed in the RFQ. All required documents and scope of services are attached to this advertisement under documents. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below.
