Description
The Alabama Department of Transportation (District 1) seeks an HVAC service provider to deliver on‑call maintenance, repair, and parts supply for two ALDOT facilities in Houston County on an as‑needed, open‑end purchase order basis. The contract runs from the award date through September 30 2026, with a $10,000 ceiling for parts and a defined number of labor hours for mechanics and helpers, both regular and overtime. Vendors must operate within a 60‑mile radius of the sites.
• Service calls: 8 regular + 4 after‑hours per period
• Labor: 30 mechanic hrs + 30 helper hrs (plus 10 hrs overtime each)
