Description
The City of Duluth is seeking a contractor to conduct interior demolition of a decommissioned water booster pumping station. The work includes removing and disposing of pumping equipment, above-grade piping and conduits, installing blind flanges, and removing electrical equipment.
• The project is located at 2407 Main Street, Duluth, GA 30096.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 5, 2026.
• Proposals will be evaluated based on bid price, project approach and schedule, and resumes and references.
• The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
