Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide monthly preventive and routine maintenance of control systems, including Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) components, at the Traffic Management Center complex. The maintenance tasks include data backup services, biannual hardware inspections, and application development and updates for the Transportation Operation Performance System (TOPS) software. The contract will serve from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
• Monthly maintenance tasks will be performed within the first week of the month
• All data backup files will be copied to a dedicated, redundant external hard drive
• A monthly maintenance report will be provided once all maintenance items are completed
• Biannual hardware inspections will be scheduled per ALDOT Support Services
• Support services will be billed hourly according to the specified line items
