Description
The Department of Adult Correction is seeking a vendor to restore a deteriorating Chiller Tower #2, Type B.A.C. Model VT1-1125P, to assure effective, safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the interior structural integrity. The project includes completing proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) and draining of the chiller tower, removal of PVC drift eliminators and fill media, pressure cleaning the interior tower, and protecting the interior with aluminum coatings. The vendor will also supply and install new fill media, reinstall new drift eliminators, and remove/replace all PVC nozzles and "O" rings. The vendor will provide dumpsters for removal and disposal of old fill media and debris, and ensure the work area is cleaned of all trash debris upon completion of the project.
• The project requires a firm fixed price, all-inclusive of labor, materials, transportation, general and administrative overhead, and profit.
• The vendor must comply with all instructions, terms, and conditions stated in the IFB.
• The vendor must provide a completed and signed version of the pricing form, HUB supplemental vendor information, customer reference form, certification of financial condition, and vendor request for EO50 price matching, if applicable.
• The vendor must submit its bid through the Sourcing Tool, and the bid must include all required items and attachments.
