Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a single‑vendor solution to provide and manage fleet‑card products and services for its vehicle fleet across Washington State (with extensions to Oregon and Idaho). The contract will cover fuel purchases (including gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, marine, aviation, propane, and electric‑vehicle charging), maintenance, and roadside assistance, as well as full administration of the card program, reporting, fraud protection, and customer support. The agency requires PCI‑DSS compliance, the ability to operate in rural locations with chip‑bypass capability, and a robust online portal for real‑time transaction monitoring, PIN management, and extensive Level 3 reporting. The award will be a five‑year base contract (potentially extendable to ten years) valued at approximately $8 million.
• Provide fleet‑card issuance, activation, and nationwide acceptance (fuel, maintenance, EV charging, parking) with a 3‑5 day card placement window.
