Homelessness Outreach and Housing Navigation Services

The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals from qualified community-based organizations to provide homelessness outreach and housing navigation services. The ideal partner will possess professionalism, work ethic, and proven impact necessary to earn the full respect and confidence of the City's team. The selected organization will serve as the primary dedicated homelessness outreach partner for the City. Some key requirements for proposers include completing and submitting various compliance documents, such as the Bidder Certification CEC Form 50, Prohibited Contributors (Bidders) Form 55, and Non-Collusion Affidavit.
