Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors to determine their capabilities in providing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services. The services required include all labor, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and transportation to perform all operations in connection with the IPM program tasks. The contractor must provide services at the New York Harbor VA Health Care System locations, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, and St. Albans campuses.
Key requirements include:
* Providing all labor, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and transportation to perform all operations in connection with the IPM program tasks
* Performing all work by qualified/certified applicators in accordance with all requirements and regulations, Federal, State, and local
* Being available to be on-site within four hours of requested service by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
* Completing all work during normal business hours, unless otherwise noted by emergency or in Attachment Four
