HARDWARE - RICOH FI-8930 DOCUMENT SCANNER - BRAND ONLY

The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the purchase of a Ricoh FI-8930 document scanner. The scanner must be a brand new, unused, current model, and must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document. The bid must include a copy of the signed bid package, along with a manufacturer's letter dated within 90 days of the bid due date, stating that the bidder is an authorized reseller. The bid must be submitted online via the County's Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal by 12:00 PM on June 11, 2026. • The scanner must have a USB 3.2 and Gigabit LAN connection. • The scanner must have a scanning speed of 130 ppm. • The scanner must have a 750-sheet hopper. • The scanner must be shipped to the Assessor/Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration, Room B-81, 500 W. Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. • The bid must include all required documentation and attachments, including the manufacturer's authorization letter. • The bid must be priced F.O.B. delivered, with freight prepaid and allowed.
