Notice of Intent to Sole Source - California USTCF and OSCF Implementation and Oversight

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to solicit a contract for technical and administrative support to assist the California State Water Board Office of Enforcement (OE) in pursuing enforcement actions against responsible parties that fail to investigate or remediate Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) cleanup sites. The contractor will provide support activities such as screening LUST cases, communicating with regulators and responsible parties, and creating work products for OE attorneys.
