Financial Advisor Services

The University of North Carolina is seeking a financial advisor to provide advisory services for bond financings and other financial matters. The selected firm will be responsible for providing guidance on bond sales, debt management, and other financial planning. The contract term is for three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The proposal should include a description of the firm's experience, qualifications, and approach to providing financial advisory services. • The financial advisor will provide guidance on bond sales, debt management, and other financial planning. • The advisor will assist in the preparation of board materials, rating agency presentations, and other financial documents. • The advisor will monitor bond sales, assist in the evaluation of bids, and provide post-sale analysis. • The advisor will provide advice on other bond matters, including debt affordability and alternative financing options. • The advisor will assist in the procurement and selection of other professionals and services necessary for bond sales and issuances.
