Description
The Town of Needham is seeking bids for on-call fire alarm and sprinkler maintenance services. The contract will commence on January 1, 2026, and end on December 31, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. Bidders must provide a bid deposit of at least 5% of the bid value and must have the necessary licenses and certifications to perform the work. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Key responsibilities of the contractor will include:
• Performing on-call fire alarm and sprinkler maintenance services
• Providing a 24/7 service department for all on-call services
• Maintaining all necessary licenses and certifications
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing proof of insurance and bonding as required
