McGee Correctional Training Center in Galt, CA. The kit must be an all‑weather, U.S.-made system capable of simunition‑resistant operation, featuring configurable wall panels, breaching doors, swing doors, and window modules, with on‑site setup demonstration within 30 days of delivery and a minimum one‑year warranty. Bidders must submit an all‑inclusive price (FOB destination, freight prepaid) and comply with CDCR security, PREA, and clothing requirements.
