Description
The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County is soliciting bids for the installation of a GAF EVERGUARD TPO roof. The project involves the removal of an additional roof layer, plywood sheathing repair, and the installation of a mechanically attached TPO roofing system with a 15-20 year GAF roof guarantee. The work will be performed at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Bidders must possess a B - General Building and/or C-39 - Roofing license, pay prevailing wages, and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations.
