Owner's Project Manager for the Design and Construction of Municipal Employee Housing

The Town of Nantucket is seeking a qualified Owner's Project Manager to provide project management services for the design and construction of municipal employee housing. The project involves the design and construction of new housing on Waitt Drive, which will include multiple residential units, shared amenities, open space, and parking. The successful proposer will be responsible for representing the Town and acting as its agent and consultant throughout the project. The scope of work includes providing advice and consultation on design, value engineering, scope of work, cost estimating, general contractor and subcontractor prequalification, scheduling, bidding, and construction. The proposer must have experience with coordination of new building projects and be familiar with Nantucket's unique transportation and logistical challenges.
