Description
The State of Michigan, Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) is seeking professional engineering services to evaluate the current condition of Thread Creek Dam at the Holly State Recreation Area. The selected firm will provide a complete assessment of the dam, including options for removal or replacement, and identify permitting requirements. The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal meeting, and the proposal must include a technical and cost proposal, as well as a project schedule and reimbursable items.
