Escambia County Call Manager Upgrade

Escambia County, Florida is seeking a vendor to assist with a Cisco UC upgrade to maintain support for their environment with Cisco. The current environment includes Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and Unified Contact Center Express 12.5, Emergency Responder, Expressway, and Singlewire Informacast. The selected vendor will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, testing, and supporting the upgrade of the County's Unified Communications environment. The vendor must have proven experience performing similar UC upgrades, preferably in public sector or multi-site environments, and demonstrated expertise in Cisco collaboration technologies and integrations. The contract will be a fixed-fee, not-to-exceed contract, and the vendor must provide all labor, expertise, coordination, and project management necessary to complete the scope of work. • The vendor will conduct structured planning workshops with County stakeholders to validate the current-state architecture and confirm functional, technical, and operational requirements. • The vendor will review and document the existing environment, including call control, messaging, presence, contact center, gateways, and integrations. • The vendor will develop and submit deliverables for County review and written approval, including a target-state Unified Communications system design, upgrade and migration plan, maintenance window and outage schedule, cutover and rollback plan, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan. • The vendor will execute the Unified Communications upgrades in accordance with approved plans, County change-management policies, and industry best practices.
