AML-Shinnston Area Wide Drilling & Grouting Design Build

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Design-Build Entities to provide Progressive Design-Build (PDB) services for the Shinnston Area Wide Drilling & Grouting project.
