The Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County, Maryland is seeking a qualified contractor to customize an already‑purchased mobile outreach vehicle for library services. The work includes interior modifications, installation of power, connectivity and climate‑control systems, exterior design and wrap, documentation, staff training, and warranty support. Optional add‑ons such as a 360‑degree camera and solar‑charging system are also permitted. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting on August 31, 2026, submit questions by September 4, 2026, and deliver sealed bids by September 18, 2026.
