Description
The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide janitorial services for their office located at 3080 Hammond Business Place, Raleigh, NC 27603. The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required tasks, including cleaning offices, conference rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and other areas. The vendor must also provide air fresheners, trash liners, anti-bacterial hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Key tasks include:
• Performance of all tasks in a quality manner, as scheduled
• Vendors shall wear face masks and gloves while in the building
• Professional and Respectful Staff to perform tasks
• Cleaning Supplies (shall be on the EPA list of disinfectant for COVID 19)
• Trash Liners (must be strong/heavy duty)
• Anti-Bacterial Hand Soap (Not generic)
• Toilet Paper
• Paper Towels – Roll and Fold type
• Cleaning Equipment & Tools
The vendor must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards, including those related to the use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
