Description
Ferris State University is seeking quotes for specific hardware and support from Extreme Networks. The university requires a one-year maintenance and support contract for Extreme Network equipment. Vendors must be an Extreme Partner or Reseller to provide this quote. The scope of work includes providing the exact items and quantities with one year of support included. The university reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, and/or negotiate any and all proposals received.
• The quote must include a complete cost proposal with cost details to offer additional clarity and understanding of costs.
• Respondents must submit a signed Information and Disclosure Form as provided at the end of the RFQ document.
• A signed copy of the Bid Response including the Vendor’s agreement to the requirements in the RFQ, including the Terms and Conditions, must be submitted.
• Organizational data demonstrating the size, scope, and capability of the Company to handle the University’s specific requirements must be provided.
• A minimum of three references, including Client Name, Contact Person, and Phone Number, must be provided.
• A description of the ability to meet all of the required criteria, including all related costs, must be included.
• Suppliers must notify Ferris State University if they are part of any consortium or group purchasing organization.
• A description of the Company’s commitment to diversity and equitable and inclusive practices must be provided.
