Description
The Department of Mental Health is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide Mental Health Facility Travel Staff to the Vermont Department of Mental Health at the Vermont Psychiatric Care Hospital and State Run Secured Residential Facilities. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to renew for up to two additional years. The selected bidder will be expected to provide traveling nurses and paraprofessionals, including mental health specialists, residential counselors, licensed nurses assistants, and certified nurse assistants.
• The bidder must have experience in providing similar services to the mental health industry.
• The bidder must be able to provide staff with at least 2 years of experience in acute in-patient psychiatric care or human services setting.
• The bidder must be able to provide proof of licenses, certifications, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• The bidder must be able to provide a detailed pricing breakdown for the services provided.
• The bidder must be able to provide references from previous clients.
