The County is seeking an authorized reseller to supply new, unopened OEM toner and ink‑jet cartridges for multiple departments on a firm‑price, one‑year contract with up to four renewal options. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes (or via flash drive per Addendum 2) with detailed line‑item pricing, delivery A.R.O. times, and affirmative statements on recycling and leak‑cleanup capabilities. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and the contract may be split by line‑item.
• Provide OEM‑branded toner and inkjet cartridges (HP, Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, Lexmark, etc.) – quantities range from 1 to over 500 units per SKU.
• Must be an authorized reseller for each OEM brand quoted; proof may be required.
• Include a recycling‑program statement and willingness to send on‑site personnel for printer‑leak remediation.
