Upfitting Services for Two (2) Police Department Patrol Rivian R1S

The City of Palo Alto is seeking a vendor to provide upfitting services for two police department patrol Rivian R1S vehicles. The scope of work includes the installation of emergency lighting and siren equipment, radio equipment, LensLock system, power management system, center console, push bar, ballistic armor, rear prisoner compartment, and graphics package. The vendor must be an authorized Rivian preferred upfit partner and registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations. The project requires compliance with prevailing wage laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide all necessary materials and equipment for the upfitting services. • The vendor must ensure that all installed equipment is compatible with the Rivian R1S vehicles. • The vendor must provide testing, commissioning, and operational verification of all installed systems. • The vendor must provide vehicle transportation services for the upfitting process. • The vendor must ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the City's specifications and requirements.
