Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease retail space in Casa Grande, AZ, for an Armed Forces Career Center. The leased space must be approximately 3,400 to 3,900 square feet and meet specific requirements, including having a primary and secondary point of ingress/egress, lighted parking, and the use of the Government Lease. The lease term will be for a maximum of 5 years, with government termination rights.
• The space must be located within the defined Delineated Area (DA) boundaries in Casa Grande, AZ.
• The space must have adequate mass transit for the public within three walking blocks.
• The space must have lighted, non-exclusive or reserved on-site parking for 8 government-owned vehicles, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• The space must have additional lighted parking available during business hours, weekends, and holidays for approximately the number of employee vehicles and visitors/recruit candidate parking.
• The military services shall have the right to use the space beyond normal working hours and, if required, on Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.
