The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified contractor to fabricate, deliver, and install two aluminum metal canopies that match existing structures at its Central Services facility in Lawrenceville, GA. The work includes full structural support, concrete footings, and all related labor, materials, and supervision, with a 1‑year warranty and a 180‑day completion schedule.
• Fabrication and installation of a 56‑ft × 8‑ft canopy over a roll‑up door, plus a 12‑ft × 10‑ft canopy over a dock lift, both to existing design standards.
• Must use aluminum extrusions (Alloy 6063‑T5/T6 or 6061‑T6) with AAMA 611 Class II anodized finish, and comply with ASCE 7 load criteria, thermal movement, and all safety, environmental, and waste‑disposal requirements.
• Contractor must attend the pre‑bid conference (August 4 2026), verify dimensions on‑site, provide required insurance (A‑7 rating), complete E‑Verify, and submit a lump‑sum price by August 14 2026.
